New Float Floor Makes For One Happy Horse

As the Balclutha local puts it, “Matting was a must!”

Kayla’s horse Molly is a show horse with a quirky personality – known for being impatient and unpredictable in the float, and prone to scrambling and losing her balance.

To counter this, Kayla was looking to install matting to create a safe and comfortable travel environment the horse. If she could achieve that, then maybe Molly would relax a little, reducing stress for horse and handler alike.

To Kayla, it was critical that the matting was thick and comfortable and provide good support for Molly.

Kayla had used Numat matting before and says she wouldn’t use another product now. In January 2017 she installed the mat in her newly renovated float.

It wasn’t long before Kayla saw positive results with Molly traveling better right away.
